Our group is often looking to audition singers of all musical backgrounds. Community members with diverse sets of skills in technology, outreach, design, media, and management are also welcome to join our board to advance the mission of the organization.

Flexible Rehearsal Schedule
Rehearsals are held weekly on Monday evenings, designed to be flexible for busy schedules while continuing to gain proficiency in a challenging musical repertoire.

Our choir is often looking for additional board members or volunteers with expertise to enhance our choral experiences.
How can I audition for the Edgewater Singers? What other opportunities are available?
What is the audition process like?
Auditions involve a brief vocal assessment and a short sight-reading exercise with our musical director.
When are rehearsals scheduled?
Rehearsals take place every Monday evening from 7 to 9 pm.
How long are the choral seasons?
Fall season generally begins early October and the Winter Concert is the 2nd Saturday of December. The Spring season begins early February and the Spring Concert is the last Saturday in April.
What musical genres does the choir perform?
Our repertoire includes a wide variety of styles from classical to modern. We often choose a conceptual theme and choose music around speaks to the theme.
Are there any fees to join the choir?
Yes, singers pay $75 per season to help cover music costs. Those with hardships may have their fees waived.
How else can I participate?
We are always in need of board members and neighbors with diverse skills and talents to help us with our organization. We always need volunteers to help with filming, technology, artwork, and fundraising.
